Terms and Conditions

We need to make sure that toner recycling service is as efficient as possible so we can maximise the contributions to our nominated charities.

As such we do need to have terms and conditions. The following terms and conditions are in addition to our standard terms and conditions.

1. The terms "We", "Us" and "The Company" refers to Lynton Intuition Ltd trading as Supplystore. "You" refers to any party enquiring about or using the Print Cartridge Recycling scheme.

2. All cartridges we accept are destined to be refurbished, refilled and re-sold. None are therefore classed as waste.

3. This service is a collection-only service from certain postcodes and no goods should be sent to us.

4. All collections must be pre-arranged with us.

5. We can only collect certain cartridges, and cannot accept compatibles or previously recycled cartridges. We reserve the right to refuse a collection or return cartridges at our discretion. We cannot accept faulty or damaged cartridges.

6. This service is a collection-only service from certain postcodes and no goods should be sent to us.

7. All items remain the property of you until such time as we approve the return. All cartridges are deemed destined for recycling or return to you and none are classed as waste. By allowing us to take possession of the items you agree that it will be entirely the discretion of us as to whether we accept and subsiquently obtain title to the cartridges or return them to you.

8. Refusal to accept returned cartridges may result in us needing to charge you for our reasonable time and costs in the return and storage of the cartridges.

9. We are not liable for the disposal of cartridges we have not approved and accepted.

10. We reserve the right to refuse any collection, even if we previously agreed to make that collection.

11. If we provide a box for the collection of cartridges at your premises, the box remains the property of the Company and should be returned in good condition. The value of each box is £10 plus VAT.

12. While no purchase is necessary for you to use our recycling service, it is necessary for you to open an account with Supplystore. You agree that we may contact you from time to time to make you aware of our other services. If you do not want us to contact you, please let us know by email, including your account number, to recycle@supply-store.co.uk.
